I have been to this establishment many of times and every time has been nothing but positive. The communication with all of the people that work there is A1! The staff is always welcoming. I have an older car; Everytime I come in, any issue with my car is always resolved without fail AND it is affordable. They also communicate what parts of my car would be good to upgrade or work on and in the future as the car gets even older which I really appreciate.

My experice at Peak Performance was exceptional. My experience with Rick and
David was phenomenal.

David spent countless hours on my car and I'm beyond grateful. He even stayed late to get my car finished which is unheard of and I'm forever thankful. He is very kind, passionate about his work and has great attention to detail.

Rick went over all of the work my car needed and took time to explain each service. He was very open and honest with the progress of my car and updated me as new issues arose. He also stayed late to help me with a payment issue and was very patient during the process.

Both of these men went out of their way to help me and both are very honest and fair men.

I highly recommended them for your car needs.

When getting your car serviced; open communication by the Technician of the what, why, how & what next, is key in instilling trust and displays the depth of knowledge, confidence and expertise of the Technician. Read all of the Peak Performance reviews and you will see that these guys are on point in their profession and top notch Customer Service. Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable about the work needed to be done and why. Had the car on the lift and showed me what he observed through his inspection, explained thoroughly and logically what he found needed immediate attention and also what needed to be addressed sooner than later. He allowed me the opportunity to see for myself what the car needed, the car to show what was needed rather than just by telling me what needed to be done without showing. I’m doing so, he immediately built a sense of trust with me. That’s a huge deal! I can honestly say that I will not be taking my car to anyone else. Thanks Dave and thank you Peak Performance Team!

I was in search of a new mechanic as I’m new to the area and my car literally died on me. I found Peak performance on a google search and prayed it all worked out. They were patient, as I was calling daily for an update lol and Denise was so polite and informative. David was pleasant when we spoke and worked extra hours to solve my cars issue. I’m thankful for them and my car is running like new. Thank you for taking care of my baby!

I can’t say that I was not pleased with Peak Performance work, oh but the attitude. I took my 2014 Jaguar for Diagnostics. Fine, it was the engine They wanted to put it in, that cost $12k. When I said I was t going to do that they were MAD. After about a week or ten days they were rude. They were even rude to the to the tow driver. For what reason. Can I think this over and decide what steps I
Need to take to get through this matter. Is it worth it if Jaguars jump time at $12k. Will it do it again? Really‼️ Well, this is what I know they won’t get the job with that attitude. If they do it and there is a problem how will they behave, probably rudely. No Way. You want to do a job no discussions, no nothing just put it in. NEVER‼️
