I have been using PC Development Group for all of my small business computer/PC, laptop, and all other possible electronic needs that I can possibly think of. Stan, Jon, and Donovan are who I typically deal with. Without going on and on, all I can say is that they will forever have my business. As a young, newer business owner, I needed computer and IT support from a trustworthy source in order to be successful. They have gained that trust, to a point where I don't have to worry about a thing- I know it will be handled. I will continue recommend them to anyone and everyone! I URGE EVERYONE READING THIS REVIEW TO LOOK AT THE PICTURES I'VE POSTED, THE EVIDENCE DOESN'T LIE!!!

I came in February 2019 to get my 13 inch rose gold HP Envy fixed because the laptop screen was broken. I took it in and they charged me $400+ dollars to replace the screen. They assured me that it was the best price they could give me. After looking around the store I realized that they were charging me relatively the same amount as you would for their refurbished laptops. Nonetheless, I went ahead and continued with the service because I needed a quick fix because I had important work to do for my job and school. Once I got my laptop back I instantly realized a drastic difference. Instead of replacing the screen with a rose-gold screen I got a silver screen (I now have a 2 toned laptop). Also, the quality and texture of the screen was not the same, it felt incredibly cheaper than what it originally was. I asked about these differences and all I received was a "it's the best that we could've gotten".
KEEP IN MIND I NEVER DROPPED MY LAPTOP, SAT ON IT, ETC, SINCE IT WAS BROUGHT IN!!!
2 months in I began to feel the screen separating from the backing of the laptop. I brought it in and stated my complaint, they checked and said "there's nothing noticeably wrong with your laptop" I urged them that there was an issue but they insisted there was nothing they can do because they don't see anything. It's now June 2, 2019 and my laptop screen is completely separated from the backing of the laptop. I paid $400+ to get a new, functioning screen, from what I thought was a professional place, instead I received a $50 job and a damaged laptop. I now have to spend extra on "refixing" what they further damaged. I'm completely disheartened and will never recommend anyone of this community or outside the community to come here for professional service, you will be disappointed in the long run.

The repair shop I previously used went out of business. Found PC Development Group on the internet, impressed with their website, so went in to talk with them. Was impressed and decided when I needed a shop, they would be the one. My old computer (9 yrs!) started having problems so purchased a refurbished one from them. My wife's lap top fan was not working properly. After a couple of very unsatisfactory trips to a big box store she found PC Development. They replaced the fan quickly and at a reasonable price. They were sensitive to her need for a quick response as she works for herself so she has no computer back up resources to fall back on. Everyone we dealt with was nice and easy to work with. We will be going back to them for ANY computer issues we may have in the future. we highly recommend them!
