Staff here were amazingly courteous, professional, accommodating, and honest. They let me know what was wrong and actually suggested in my case that, given the age and condition of the vehicle and the cost of parts and labor that would be involved, it might not be warranted to move ahead with repairs. They then gave me the chance to tow the vehicle out.

They gave me the option to pay over the phone with my credit card so I could pick up the vehicle after hours. There is a night box for dropping the vehicle off after hours.

I really appreciate how, even though I didn't end up being a big ticket customer, the staff here fully treated me with respect. For someone looking to avoid jacked-up dealer pricing, I would definitely recommend Paul's Auto Repair. Thank you.

Can I tell you all about the very best auto repair shop in the nation? Paul’s Auto Repair is it! I travel coast to coast, border to border for work and when my diesel 3500 needed a diesel doctor these folks did an excellent, outstanding, professional job working me into their schedule and then the awesome mechanics got me back on the road fast! 5 stars is NOT enough for these folks! Paul’s helped me greatly when I was in a really tough spot with my car. They made sure my car was completely safe for my babies to be in and to get back on the road. They were super fast and super communicative. Now my car is running very smooth and feels a lot safer than before. I had the pleasure of having my truck looked at by the staff at Paul's Auto. The staff there was fantastic. Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The offices where clean and inviting. The machanics were honest and professional and explained everything to me to give me piece of mind. They where fair priced and even offered financing.

My experience at Paul's Auto Repair was genuinely one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with auto maintenance. The staff was warm, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Alex helped me for the most part and made the experience as convenient as possible. I was provided complimentary snacks and beverages while I waited for a time quote, and when the service was going to take a couple hours, I was provided a FREE ride home while I waited and a FREE ride back to pick the car up (I live very close, so this is likely not available to everyone). Additionally, I work 2nd shift so I had to be into work by 3pm, and Alex made sure that the service was done promptly so I could make it into work on time. Since the services, I have had no issues with the car with normal use and it seems to be running great!

Recently, myself and many people I know have noticed and expressed that the customer service industry across the board has unfortunately gone downhill. Companies of all sizes are outsourcing customer service or utilizing AI, and though this may make the most financial sense in the moment, it alienates the customer and often does not provide a high-quality customer service experience. Paul's Auto Repair has the right idea in that if they do right by their customers and provide a great experience, the customers will do right by them, return for years to come as loyal customers, and spread the word to anyone else looking for a great auto maintenance experience. I am DEFINITELY one of these customers.
