Quality should not have been this hard to achieve.
They use a reputable brand of water heater - but that wasn’t worth the hassle of working with this company. Good customer service is poorly practiced here and if I went with anyone else, I think peace of mind would have been included in the first place. The install guys were fine, Caleb was kind. When I initially requested an install, all seemed well, and they were willing to do next day. But when it came to fixing - that didn’t seem as important to them, despite my reaching out the next day. It felt I had to fight to get the drain pan and conduit replaced, and a disconnect box reinstalled: all original requests. Kerri simply had no idea when this would be scheduled and after three weeks of periodic checking that conversation never changed – until they called to let me know someone would be there that morning and hoped I would be home.

No conduit was replaced anywhere – only removed. The disconnect box was also removed, despite the breaker box being on the exterior of the home, out of sight. Spliced wires were merely capped with no insulation and about 3” of exposed ground wire were left tucked in the corner of the closet. Once the disconnect box was installed – NO screws to fasten it were sat in a stud. Not a drywall anchor, anything.
Despite the request for a 22”OD, a 24”OD pan was sent, so the original was beat into shape with a hammer to “fit”. The second electrician left live wires exposed inside the disconnect. He improperly crossed the line and load and even asked me, the client, the color coding for line or load when the unit would continuously trip the breaker. Kerri’s response was to laugh at my concerns. I look forward to no longer having to interact with this company.

They do clean after themselves and the unit is now properly installed; but the headache is mine for hiring. No thank you.

The service may be great for people that are able to be home all the time and don't need to schedule ahead of time/take off work, etc. I definitely got the impression from the woman on the phone that they really didn't need my business. I initially called on a Friday and she said someone could probably come on the following Tuesday but they would call me with a time. I never got a call, I called and left a message Monday to try to find out if they were coming. She called Tuesday at lunchtime and said "you still good for today?" and was very rude/defensive when I told her I didn't take off work since I never got a confirmation. I explained to her that because I work i needed a couple of days notice. She said the most notice they could give me was one day. So today (almost a full week later) she calls at 11:30 and and says they want to come the following morning at 10. The weather forecast is for snow/ice tomorrow. I just declined because it was so obvious they aren't interested in my business. Which is fine and great for their company that they already have so much going they don't need any new customers. But I'll move on and keep looking.

The 1st time I used Parker's plumbing I could not have been more satisfied...however I called them 3 weeks ago to have more work done.Called 2 weeks later to see when I could expect them.was told they were very busy and I was still on the list. In the 3 weeks, there was never a call from them to let me know anything..so my review went from 5 stars to 0 stars.customer service sure could be improved👎.Good thing it wasn't an emergency

Edit: we cancelled our appointment yesterday with the woman that answers the phone. This morning the repair guy showed up unannounced on our property. He said no one told him it was canceled. This company has serious communication problems.

These people are unreliable. They refuse to work with you on scheduling. They say they will call you to schedule but never do. Then they just show up. Asked them to return the next day and they agreed but never called to let us know they could not come. This has happened every time we use them. This is the last time I will ever use this company. I cannot recommend this company.
