I took my car to this shop after I had a check engine light pop up on my car, they were able to identify the problem quickly and fix it in a timely manner. My car ended taking longer than expected and a mechanic worked on it after hours so it would be ready for me to pick up the next morning. This shop is honest, reliable and filled with good, hardworking people! I would recommend this shop to anyone! Prices here are great, and I didn’t feel as though they tried to nickel and dime me for every little thing, they just wanted to fix my problem and have me be on my way!

I went to this shop for alignment for my work truck. They scheduled me first appointment Monday morning. I waited until about noon to hear from them. I called and the truck still hadn’t been touched. They close at 5. It is now 4 and I still hadn’t heard anything. I call. They tell me there was issues with the tie rod ends which are brand new and they couldn’t align it. I got there about 430 to see what was going on and talk to the mechanic. He blamed the manager for the 0 communication. I asked for a quote to do the work. He tried to keep the truck without giving me a quote and said they would do it in the morning. I insisted on getting the quote first before I left. He quoted me around $875 to change the tie rods. I told him they were brand new. The manager went to the mechanic and asked him what the truck needed. It was the center link. About an hour job the mechanic said. That I know to be true as well. Then he fixed the quote over charging me $100 for the part that auto zone had. That’s fine they need to make money on parts. It was the same price with the centerlink and alignment. Alignment was $175. He handed me the quote with no hours of labor listed. So $300 for the part. $175 for the alignment. That’s $475. Where is the other $400 to change the part for an hour job. I took my truck and left. I changed the part in my driveway in 40 minutes. Horrible communication, very sketchy people with the invoice and sneaky trying to keep my truck without giving me a quote first. That’s a terribly run business and I do not recommend you go there to have work done.

First time here and did they ever perform! Fair pricing fast and honest. Cole is always available and the no nonsense approach is refreshing. He saved me from a very difficult situation and treated me as if I was his best customer for years. I strongly suggest you give him a shot. You won't be disappointed!

This place is awesome! Got a second opinion from them after anothet shop quoted me almost $2000 for more repairs after already paying them $1700. Took it to P&C and told me exactly what I needed for a 1/3 of the price. They’re not trying to sell you anything you don’t need. My car drives like it used to now.

Best shop locally. Hands down. And this is coming from someone who literally went to almost every shop in this area with simplistic issues.

Best customer service by the managers and crew expecially down to explaining issues and seeing next course of action to ensure the vehicle is safe.

My whole family now uses this shop with close to 10 vehicles being serviced here within a year alone!

Very glad to use P&C and will continue to suggest them to friends and family locally.
