After a heavy rain we lost power. Within an hour crews had power restored except for my neighbor and I, who are on a separate line. Not long after, crews began to show up with equipment to detect our problem. It was cold, wet and muddy, but Richard Freeland and those crews found the problem and fixed it that night in the dark. These guys are the best in the business. They come to solve a problem and don't leave until they do! We don't always think of them this way, but they are true first responders and are real pros!!! Thanks again guys!

The people that work at Ouachita are professional and do a great job. The lady that took my service call was knowledgeable and very polite. The gentleman was at my place super quick , found the problem and fixed it . I wasn’t home so he called me and explained it was a neutral problem. Thank you Ouachita Co-op!

Had to change my review. 1 To 5 starts. Called from them to cut a tree on my power line to the house and street light. And they came in 10 mintues to come cut it. Guy did a great job and cleaned his work. Thank u. He needs a raise.

Buyers of property that have this cooperative electric should be told when 2 previous owners before had an outstanding debt that was unpaid but transferred to the next property owner and then again to the next. We were not told about this by anyone. Wouldn't have known ourselves if not for the questions posed to electric comp. We were told to sue people we bought from for failure to disclose but they weren't aware either. Electric company has a responsibility here to inform customers of what's to happen. Very wrong and seems illegal.

I had no problem with them..I do the prepaid and I love it..I only use what I paid and no outstanding bills or overages for me..I spend a reasonable amount on my electric per month
