7/24/24 and 7/25/24 the power is out twice in the span of less than twelve hours. 1+ hr outage the first time and we’re sitting at 3 hours for the 25th as I write this review.

Today, 12/23/23.. clear skies no rain no wind absolutely nothing and the lights go out! It is nearly Christmas and people are making preparations and have better things to deal with than the lights going out! This is absolutely obsurd! I have had more outages living in this okolona electric area than I have experienced throughout life! Lights just off for no reason at all and then when you try to reach out to someone they don't answer. This is a service that you provide. We pay ridiculous amounts of money to this company for this service only for it to be ran so poorly. JUST AWFUL!

5 straight days of 3+ hours of power outage. buy your own generator and make the investment of solar panels do not make the mistake of dealing with this company

Bro if I could give this zero stars I would. Where I live we have power outages constantly and I’m currently sitting here phone about to die powers been off for a couple hours and absolutely nobody will answer a phone at all and I know it’s just us so their line isn’t busy because my neighbors have been up the road and they’re electric was all on

I know Okolona power gets a lot of bad rap. We haven't had that great of experience with some that have come out here when requested, BUT the men that came out today went above and beyond to make everything right! We have reported old lines and connections and requested to have them looked at but was told nothing was wrong. Our power glitches everyday. Last night the lights and outlets in half of the house were flickering for 2 hours until it finally shut down to include our AC units. These guys that came out today 8/5/22 said all the connectors were old and obsolete and replaced every single one of them. The transformer was also as old as the house and was only putting out half of what it needed to. Luckily they had another one in another truck 3 miles away with their supervisor. He brought it and also helped out. Whoever came out to Central Grove Road today I want to say THANK YOU for your diligence, attention, proactiveness and help getting us what we needed. There are still some people who want to do their job right and these guys proved it!

omg where do I begin. if it's sunny outside lights are out if it's raining lights are out. ok it's July 9 it was a small storm around 3 to about 4 pm it's now 9 o'clock at night still no power. I wish so badly I had an option on power because this is just crazy and when u call the power company they have the nerve to get smart with u.

Trying to run a business with many computers & electronics etc is very hard to do when the power goes out all the time & for 2 to 5 hours on a near weekly basis. Most of this is caused by a lack of maintenance or none at all. Poles leaning, poles rotten, trees not trimmed and the list goes on & on. Okolona power would not be in business is anyone had a choice on who to buy their power from. They are bad enough to make going off grid look appealing.

I was a visitor in Okolona, Ms. power would go out if you thought you would sneeze! It would go out if you dreamt of rain in your sleep! What in the world! I have never in my life heard of such a mess!!! No clouds, no rain, no wind.......NOTHING and NO REASON!! Cake is in the oven and have to throw it out because the power goes out for no reason!!!!!
