Our experience staying in the Beach Club community was very nice. Quiet neighborhood. Construction is going on to add new houses and it was clear the house we stayed in was not completely finished. The community center has a small gym, pool tables, poker tables, restrooms with both sauna and steam rooms, and an outdoor pool. Small pool for younglings. Larger pool has a sun deck - chairs floating in shallow water - and benches in the pool. There is a pool lift for those who need it to enter the pool. Also around the pool are loungers, including high loungers is the usual ones are too low, umbrellas, and a small patio with tables.
Less than 10 minutes to get to Bethany Beach and about 15 minutes to get to Fenwick Island State Park.
Enjoyed our time here and would suggest it to others.

Nice bedroom community, close enough to the beach, but not so close you feel like you're living on the boardwalk. Has a beach shuttle and really nice family pool in the summer. Well-kept neighborhood, perfect for a family week at the beach.

We vacationed here for the passed 2 years. The road is not finished paved and you have to avoid speeding cars and manholes while entering. Then when it rains the roads do not drain properly. The houses are nice and side walks are nice to walk around on even pushing a stroller. The weekly pool pass is 35 dollars per person over 5 years old. The HOA workers and housing members can be snooty and rude even though at the pool area. So over all this is a nice place but for family of young kids that are loud you may want to weigh options

It's a cool place. There's a pool, billards, ping pong, a basketball hoop and a gym. My family had an amazing time everytime we visited.

there’s no AC in the bedroom there’s 2 vents and no air at all, THATS A PROBLEM.
