We recently had Nuts & Volts complete some electrical work at our home that included replacing the electrical feeder wires into our house, installing a transfer switch and adding several electrical outlets for plant shelf lighting and surround-sound speakers.

Charles was who we met first when he conducted the survey/estimate - he was awesome as he took time to listen to our needs and then explained how they would complete the work as well as provided us with a detailed estimate. We had several questions and he took the time to listen and thoroughly answer each one.

On the day of the work, I was negligent as, I did not make note of everyone by name but I do know that we had Charles, Wesley and Jarred, along with some others out to do the work. They were exceptionally friendly, professional, knowledgeable and conscientious throughout the day. It all looks great and they cleaned up any debris. Once the transfer switch was installed, the installer took the time to instruct us on how to plug into, start-up and use our new generator safely. He then showed us how to shut it back down and switch back to main power.

I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with their work. Would hire them again in a heartbeat as well as recommend them to all friends and family!

This company was amazing easy to work with, very good pricing and friendly service. Our service team was Wesley and Andrew, they went though and explained what get did tested the job to make sure it was working properly, And even on a personal note. Wesley seen without saying a word noticed that my husband is hard of hearing and adjusted for him so that he could understand everything he was saying.. Amazing job guys than you very much. I needed an electrician to install a ceiling fan and switch in my daughter’s room, which didn’t previously have either. The room was an addition to the house and had very limited attic access—so much so that I couldn’t fit to do the work myself. I was prepared for the project to be challenging and expected the cost to reflect that.

After posting an ISO (In Search Of) in my town’s Facebook group, six out of eight responses highly recommended Nuts and Volts. I decided to give them a call, and I’m so glad I did. They came out to assess the project, acknowledged the challenges of the attic space, and assured me they could make it happen—and they absolutely delivered!

Two technicians came to complete the job. They were professional, polite, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. The pricing was fair for the complexity of the work, and they even went above and beyond by replacing a cracked outlet cover they noticed during the job—free of charge. It might seem like a small gesture, but it really demonstrated their commitment to exceptional customer service.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I’ll definitely be calling Nuts and Volts for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend!

I'm very impressed with the work that was done for us today to correct some code violations in our kitchen. Nuts and Volts Electric sent Wesley and Andrew to our home and they were extremely professional, hard working and courteous. They performed quality work and were refreshingly honest and straightforward about how to address our electrical problems.

After the work was completed, they cleaned up the jobsite. The price was fair and I will be calling them again should I ever need electrical work done again.

Charles the owner and Dimitri installed a Tesla Wall Charger (220 v) yesterday and everything has been great. Charles answered our call on the first attempt, he came over within an hour and spent 45 minutes on the free estimate. He not only focused on the install but checked to make sure we had enough power to the box as to not have any hazards. Additionally he recommended what upgrades would be needed down the road for future projects we had in mind (solar power, generator, pool heater, oven, etc) he did not hesitate to walk around the house and check all our outlets and find which 220 was not in use to be able to tap into that one to install our charger. He had a great competitive price, he offered a discount as a first responder (as he also does for teachers, military etc). He was not pushy, he has the best price and his knowledge was comforting to know that he was very experienced for this job. His crew came the next day with him and he made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. They arrived on time, they got the job done by the afternoon and had everything installed neatly and did not leave any mess behind. Additionally, Charles called to make sure I was happy with everything the following day. Truly very pleased with everything and very happy with the customer service. Will definitely use again for future needs!
