Short Version:
Lack of quality and pride in their work.

Long Version:
I brought my crankshaft to see if they could fix the broken keyway. They were confident that they could repair the keyway however the end result has several problems. The keyway wall and floor is no where close to 90 degrees. The weld is missing material at the middle end end of the weld. The keyway floor is lower and now the key can't seat on the back of the keyway anymore (where the original radius is). There also now seems to be a crack on the front of the keyway to the bolt hole.

Even when I got the crankshaft back the end of the weld extended beyond the face of the crankshaft nose. To me that just shows a lack of pride in your work as it's something that's easy to fix. When I mentioned it they fixed it in a couple minutes.

It may still function with several modifications on my end but it is not the quality of work that I was expecting. They did give me $25 off the bill for the quality.

Went in to have a skid steer hub and new bearing pressed .Bob and one of his employees came out and inspected the hub and told me that the bearing was fine and NOT the issue. I appreciated that. He could have taken in the hub and charged me $$ but didn't. He has my business!

They've had my husband's motor for mo ths and haven't touched it. Once he said he was going to have his car brought there so it could be installed, they conveniently have their personal vehicles there that they're working on and don't have room for his car...My a$$..

My experience was very positive with the resurfacing of the head flange side of a pair of headers.
A multi step procedure taking into account heat cycles throughout the process.
They seem to be very busy with the work load but would you trust a machinist who wasn’t

Rob the owner, puts his heart and soul into this business. He has all the equipment to repair without having to send out to anyone.. His understanding of your Everyday to "High Performance" engine needs are BEYOND Exceptional....I have a few Tractor Pulling Teams, in addition to mine that will be calling...

By far worst experience ever. DO NOT go here. They lost my cylinder head and it was there for 3 months. Messed up line hone so my cylinder head is scrap now. Do not do not do not go here
