I have been blocked from paying on the website and now they demand I go personally and pay cash only! For a year. My only days off are Sunday's and they close on weekends.. They expect me to just drop off $300 on an envelope when there is no one there and just leave. No receipt or anything! Not happening..It's the 4th of July and they dont open until Monday. They sent me a disconnection notice on July 3rd for a bill that is only 4 days over due. It says Disconnection is on July 7 a Sunday but they dont open till Monday so I can pay the damn bill... I miss Delmarva! At least I got 20 days after receiving the bill to pay! With this city the bill is due immediately after recieving..

Will be renting soon and found out I cannot transfer Delmarva and Artesian water I will also need to pay $10 application fee plus they run credit scores! Just for electric and water! If your credit score is below 620 there is a deposit required! So If husband and wife are applying they only go with the LOWEST credit score so they can get the $500 deposit. Is this even legal?! Wow!

During this time of crisis why are we, the public having to pay a 3 percent fee of your bill if you are paying the bill with a card? Does anyone thinks that fair? The offices are closed and we can't go into pay. No drop box for me. I don't trust that.

I went here to find out where to go since I am moving in this location but it has me skeptical with all these negative comments.

I will return wirh my review and if there are issues like you say I would be glad to do a petition and obtain signatures to do something about this incompetence.

Who has time for all this non-sense? I don't!
