This place is a total waste of time. Every week they call me with a different story. I called them back. They said we don't know who you are? They had me drive 80 miles and didn't cover my ct scan. They keep passing my information around nobody knows who I am ? Huge computer errors They don't know who anyone is at this office. Yes my legal name is Carrieann Carrington . You said my appointment was for May 1st 2024. The day before you canceled saying we dont have your insurance information. First off you put my insurance numbers in backwards. You had me drive 80 miles to get contrasts for images. Then canceled the day before my appointment. Learn how to do your job. I call there Nobody knows who I am. Thats crazy.

I’ve used this facility often and everyone is always exceptional, it’s clean and there’s little to no wait even when I’m a walk in.
Today was next level though, I had a complicated question and it was very close to closing time so I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone by having them search for an answer, I had my imaging and went to leave and the receptionist called me back in and took me to someone’s office so they could give me the answer, they explained everything thoroughly in a way I could understand. That meant so much to me, I wish I could remember the receptionists name to put it here but she definitely went above and beyond for me at the end of the day.

I went to Mystic Imaging today for an MRI - unlike previous MRI’s at other locations, this was truly a wonderful experience. The MRI specialist
Trista Maxson, had the most wonderful personality and ultimate concern for my welfare and ability to deal with an MRI. As the MRI was being conducted, Trista kept me appraised of every second and the length of each scan. Her voice and positive attitude contributed to a positive MRI experience!!!
