I own a 2016 Mercedes E400. I needed to replace my front rotors and all 4 brakes. I work at a dealership that owns 7 different brands. But none of those brands were Mercedes. I know a lot of techs that work for us. I got a price for the job from my guys but something inside of me said just get it done by a professionals. I found M-Tech from google and wanted to go and visit them instead of a phone call. I talked to John and he got me in for the following week. It was almost in and out. For the job that was done, I am really happy. I also want to mention that my car has full warranty up to 96.000 miles but anything goes wrong with it, I would stop by and ask John's opinion.

Had somewhat of an urgent problem with my partner’s 08 ML350. As older MB drivers, these cars sometimes require a visit to someone with the right tools. M Tech squeezed us in in 2 days and had the part swapped out the next morning. We recently got the ML and the mechanic who swapped out our part went out of his way to tell us that he used to work on this car! Will return as maintenance needs arise for my E class or my partner’s ML. Great people, local expert shop, very good prices and excellent work! Very satisfied.

Did a good bit of research to find the right shop to do the work on my car and it payed off for me. John at m-tech was honest and did great work on my Cross Fire that had been a bit neglected as so far as service. Runs as good as new. Worth the trip from South Jersey. Had I taken it to a Mercedes dealership would have been at least 3 times the price. Thanks guys.

M-Tech had my car for about 2 months. Part of that was because of parts that were coming in from over seas. They did great work on my car. It’s running great, looks great, sounds great, and all that jazz. The cost did not break the bank which was also wonderful. The only reason I couldn’t give five stars was because of communication. Maybe I’m impatient but in the two months my car was there, I just felt like I wasn’t getting great response time receiving information or updates on my car. Otherwise though, very happy with the end result. I’ll take my car back there for sure.

Will not use M-Tech again. Very unprofessional. Brought my car in to have it lowered which was completed. However after that the car need to some fine tuning to prevent rubbing. I have made 15 calls over the course of 3 months to M-Tech trying to get the vehicle back into have to raised a bit in the front. John has just refused to return my phone calls after months. They will take your money and that is the end of the service you will get from them. Very disappointing and will be look for another indy shop. Stay away from these guys, bad service! -Pat

I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a good shop to take my old bmw Z3 to for service. It has a lot of miles and i like to keep it up. The M-tech team was very professional, and quick with the service. The prices are reasonable for the quality work. They took the time to look over the car and tell me about a few minor issues they noticed as well, so i will be returning to get done soon.
