What an awesome team at Mr. Electric! We had a new Generac installed along with replacing our dated 70s electrical box. Chris was my initial sales representative and answered all of my questions and helped lay out the process of everything. When it came to the day of install, our lead tech Dusty was very knowledgeable and kind with answering questions and getting things set up. Great team to work with. I highly recommend them!

Dusty & Colton were our technicians today and they were very friendly & knowledgeable. They worked quickly & efficiently and answered any questions we had. They explained everything they were doing while doing it and made sure we understood what everything meant. Definitely recommend the Mr. Electric team and will definitely be using them again for the necessary upgrades needed for our home in the near future!

We were very happy with everything except items that were out if their control. The inspector for our city was supposed to call our power company to get our power turned back on but they wouldn't. Thank God Mr Electric has competent electricians because he was able to do it, otherwise we would have been without power overnight or until the inspection was given to the city. The plumber that did the gas did not do what we expected but Mr Electric took care of it very quickly. Overall very happy.

Ryan B was extremely pleasant to meet and he was very thorough in looking over my EV charger installation. He found a couple of minor problems which he fixed immediately. I would be delighted to gave him work on any future electrical project. Mr. Electric got a fine employee when they hired Ryan.

I'm so impressed with the electrical work that was done by Ryan from Mr. Electric in Allegan. The team there is amazing! Amber was knowledgeable about what initial service I needed and gave me the option to get work done the first day. I was given a reasonable quote for the work Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem within the first 20 minutes he was here. I decided to have the work done that day to replace the old wiring that had caused a safety concern. In short order new wiring was pulled and hooked up so power to the breaker could be safely restored. Best service experience I have had, and I have worked with some great contractors in the area. This was the first time I needed electrical work and after this they are the only company I will call!

Excellent work! All work was done professionally and completed in a timely manner. Ryan and his crew were polite and knowledgeable.
