An amazing job by M.O. Foss Well Drilling & Pump Service of New Milford. Our well pump died yesterday late afternoon. Mick Foss was at my house in about 30 minutes on a Saturday to evaluate the situation and on Sunday morning (today) at 10 am a new well pump was installed and running. I can't recommend this company enough. They are professional, efficient, reliable and trustworthy.

MOFOSS Service is a pure gift from heaven!Elon Musk would praise them.They are technically brilliant,extremely affordable and compassionate. I cannot thank them enough for the work they did,state of the art, and the security I now feel knowing my Pump and Well are Perfect. He and his wife are Army Vets and they uphold the honor of our Military. Lastly, I am a 77year old widow and people often try to cheat me, Mike said," My wife and sister will be old someday,my mother is old, I would not want anyone to cheat them." Need I say more !

He cannot be trusted. Have used him for over 20 years.
We have 2 wells on the property. He had deepened the rear well to 505 feet before we purchased home. He did that to reach aquifer.
He came to fix well several times. Each time $4000.
This time he set well depth at 400 feet and pump height at 360 feet.
I only found out later. Never told me upfront. He new there was no water at that height because he was the one who deepened the well to reach aquifer!
In beginning, he charged for CT quite lines new code pipes and wiring. He has serviced both my wells at $4000 each.
We thought he was an honorable man. But they cannot be trusted.
They make sure their work will need continuous servicing to make money 💰.
Do. Yourself a favor and call a company that is BBB certified and if you do use Foss, get it in writing and watch work being done.

I've relied on M.O. Foss since moving to New Milford 30 years ago. They've replaced pumps on two buildings, installed a water softening system as well as other smaller repairs. Great company!
