I do remember by technician but her name was not list. Kayla was extremely pleasant. She was polite, respectful and she knew what she was talking about. I felt comfortable with the information she was providing and she was very knowledgeable.

I was extremely tickled but happy by the fact that she put booties on her boots. It was really nasty outside and she made sure not to track any dirt from outside into the house.

Kayla explained everything thoroughly and any questions I did have she explained to prevent any confusion. She has fantastic customer service skills and effective communication. It's great to see woman out in the field getting the job done too! Great job Kayla.

Sean was prompt and very knowledgeable. I recently purchased my home and he went through my entire house and did a thorough inspection. He walked me through everything he was inspecting in each room and created a home profile for me. He also addressed some of my concerns. I will be using Mr. Sparky and especially Sean again.

I did have to come back and edit the review after I found out they left the circuit board panel off which they remove bed to inspect and despite me doing “ did you screw that panel back Sean and the response was “ yes” . Well it wasn’t put back and that in my eyes is not paying attention to detail and is not good sign . Friendly personality and enthusiasm was evident. Arrived within the four hour time window which needs to be improved to shorten it . You receive details of the technician from the company, by text , which is nice but not sure we need to know what football team they support . Intro needs to be short precise work related on a “need to know “ basis to hold my attention. Too much personal detail risks losing interest of the reader . Have not decided to go with yet as we need to get quotes from other certified professionals for running a separate line 50 feet from microwave to the panel to stop it tripping . I’ve attached pictures of the panel that was not screwed back and it left the circuit board totally exposed and the picture shows it . This is disturbing because we are dealing with electric issues here hence my revised review

Sean took his time surveying the outlets, switches, wiring inside and out. Checked receptacles throughout the house for power
Surveyed outside direct wiring and main box I side. When finished assembled info and then spoke with us in detail about problem snd possible solutions. Answered any questions we had and and then gave us 2 solutions explaining pros and cons of each. Never any pressure.

Cody replaced all 5 of my 20 yr old smoke detectors with state-of-the-art new ones in no time flat He also installed a surge protector on my fuse box. While working outside on my HVAC breaker, he alerted me to the smell of gas. Sure, enough I have a tech here from the gas co. who confirmed the leak and is repairing it. Cody, quite literally saved our lives! I have used Mr. Sparky in the past and will continue to use them for all my residential electrical needs.

We had a great experience with our electrician, Kayla. They were able to come out very quickly and she kept communication open the entire time she was working at our house. She was able to finish everything up in a day and did a fantastic job. We will definitely use Mister Sparky the next time we need an electrician.
