My radiator was leaking and James fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. He also gave me great advice about another issue I was having without charging me or trying to get me to spend a bunch of money. That creates loyalty. I will always take my cars there. I love a locally owned business.

I know nothing about the service the owners provide to vehicles. I do question his human decency. I attended an event at the Milton Theatre, as I'm planning to go home for the evening my car is missing (towed) the owner waiting outside and thoroughly enjoying our dismay of not having our vehicles and the towing company demanding 250 in cash only to get our vehicle. Human decency and as a member of the Milton community, you could have simply left a note/warning that no one can park there even when the business is closed. Courtesy!!!! That's all one can ask for. I truly believe because the business was closed it wouldn't be a problem. He could have left a note, be this is a warning please do not park here during any business hours or you'll be towed. And the towing company is just out right disrespectful. How are you only going to accept cash. How are you going to take what could be someone's only $250. Other payment methods out of human decency. I'm disgusted at these community members. And this is not the first time I attend this venue. This has never in my 50 years of life ever happened to me. Shame on you.

We attended the Milton Theater Saturday night. We arrived at 7pm, and parked in Milton Motors parking lot. The business was closed and other cars were parked in the lot. At the conclusion of the show, we discovered our vehicle was towed at the instructions of the business owner. We went to great lengths to retrieve our vehicle that night.

I understand the Milton Motor owner has said on record how much he supports the Theater and the town of Milton.

Nothing but words and doesn’t support the Theater and guests by his actions.
