What can I say…this auto shop should be more popular. I have had a bad wheel bearing on my car for a long time I am not made of money and had looked at every option. This shop was suggested to me and I’m glad it was. This shop did not hustle me or charge me crazy prices. In fact the person who I assume was the owner worked with me to make the repair happen. I can now go and pick up my daughter for visitation hours away knowing my car is repaired and safe the work was fast and professional thank you for your help and what you did for me I hope this review is seen by you and many future customers….again thank you

Great mechanic, honest and trustworthy. He has been working on mine and my whole families vehicles for 30 plus years. He does what’s needed never more than what is needed, and when I had my old truck, I told him what was going on. He looked at it and told me that he could replace a bunch of parts but told me that I really should look into getting rid of it because it is starting to become a piggy bank. Something that I’ll just keep dropping money into.

Mark Milo is the best .I have been going to him for around 30yrs. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg.just your left thumb lol.really tho mark is great i highly recommend milos auto center

I went in for emissions testing. The place was empty, no customers, no staff. No one at the desk. I called out hello several times. No one answered. Someone finally yelled out nastily “Hold on” with a serious attitude in their tone, so I left. I was standing there for almost 10 minutes. Horrible customer service!

Having are vehicles service at Milos has been great, always positive and polite. Gets us in and quickly, mark is always on top of new vehicles we bring him, and takes time to have the answers when we have questions.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Called to make an appointment for repair of my car. The answer was to call a week later so they would know when it can be scheduled (however bizarre it was). I called back a week later, was told that they will call me back. After half day waiting I called again and was told they will call me back. Again, no calls. Never heard from them at all. I guess I will never contact them neither.
