Great home town service. They are our neighbors and friends that work for our community, providing a much needed service that we all could not live without. Rural Dooly county would be much different and a worse place to live without our EMC.

I've dealt with utility companies for many years. This was absolutely the best and most pleasant experience I've ever had. I had to create an account and have an existing account transferred into my name. I was dreading the process!!! As soon as walked in I was met by Lee and she was absolutely amazing. She guided me through the entire process and made the entire process painless. I know I was asking some redundant questions but never once did I feel that I was a burden. In less the 15 min it was done...Lee is an absolute asset to the organization. Thank you Lee for a great experience.

The privilege to offer such horrible customer service, yet your customers only have you as their only option, is mind-blowing. The acceptance of mediocrity is extremely sad. Take note kids, you can be a big cooperation and lack any accountability and still be successful!

A little perturbed because I was not allowed to vote for the candidate of my family’s choice in the Middle GA EMC election today because I’m not listed as an account holder. I’ve personally voted the last several times that there was an election for our district. Our family has been EMC customers for over 45 years! The young lady did tell me that I can come in to the office and make an application to be put on the account. I’m curious as to how many other wives are listed on the electric bills as an account holder?

Lost power (not weather related) but it did start a steady rain 5 minutes after. Power company came out right away, squirrel blew the transformer fuse (guess I said it right). Was only without power 45 minutes. Woman on the phone and the man that serviced it were nice and got right on it. Thank you Middle Georgia EMC.

I recently had some power issues which in turn caused an a/c unit that I have to not work anymore . I wanna thank everyone at middle ga EMC for their prompt attention to fix my electrical problem and also Mr Robert Herman I wanna thank personally because he handled taking care of my unit that went bad and did so very quickly . Very polite crew of people to have to deal with and I’m so thankful for how they helped me. These days good customer service comes very rarely and it’s nice to know you still have those out there that are willing to actually do their job and do it well and treat people with kindness and respect . Thanks guys 😊 God bless you all

Dont chooses them .they cut your light bill just to get you to pay for the reconnect fea . This happen to me twice. I pay my bill on time .
