The Inn has a fun, slightly up scale beach vibe. Everything is focused on comfort and relaxation. The property is beautiful with mature trees providing a dreamy canopy throughout the oversized, manicured lawn. Every view out of the generous sized windows is picturesque. Bed was comfy, everything was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and coffee pot was never empty. The location is off a main road making it easy to access Milton, Lewes and Georgetown. Will is a seasoned host and was as gracious as could be. I can’t wait to return when the pool is open.

My first visit to Mansion Farm Inn.....and hardly my last....was exceptional in all the areas I want in a hotel inn.
My visit was on November 26 and I stayed in the Holly Room. The amenities were excellent..The bed was very comfortable and one I could adjust to a sitting position
The room had a gas stove that I liked, and an additional room off the spacious bedroom where I could read make coffee.
The bathroom was beautiful with both a walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi tub.
In all respects, I loved staying at Mansion Farm and plan to return when I visit friends and family. Will, the.owner, is very professional, accommodating, and helpful.
The Mansion Farm Inn has been beautifully restored and a 5-Star Inn.

Our recent stay at the Mansion Farm Inn was a "10". My wife and I certainly enjoyed our 2-night stay. The inn was warm, comfy, and very quiet, allowing us to relax. We also enjoyed the breakfast fare. We wish you the best.

It was our first time staying at the Mansion Farm Inn. We would absolutely return. Breakfast was delicious, rooms clean, beautiful outdoor area with heated pool and Will was super nice! An ideal relaxing weekend getaway.

Great place to stay! I’ve always stayed in the doggie suite and it’s a wonderful little apartment for my family. Clean and tidy. Calm quiet environment with privacy. They maintain the grounds well in the summer with a clean heated saltwater pool and beautiful flowers. Close to the beaches but tucked away nicely from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend staying here!

We have stayed at the Mansion Farm Inn on numerous occasions. It is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are wonderful and the outside area is great for relaxing. Will, the inkeeper, is wonderful. He is friendly and cares about the people who stay there. The breakfasts are great! I would recomend the Mansion Farm Inn if you want a peaceful environment that is close to the beach and good restaurants for dinner. In addition, it is close to the outlets if you are in the mood for shopping. Recommend this Inn.

This is our 2nd year staying in the Doggie Suite with our dog and it feels like home. The Doggie Suite is roomy and well laid out. The deck is relaxing place to sit with your dog and the surroundings are peaceful. We tried the pool this year which was 5 star! The location to Broadkill (dog friendly Beach), Milton, Lewes, and Rehoboth cannot be beat. Will made an amazing dinner recommendation for us. I am booking next year’s stay today (and we just got back).

My wife and I plus two of our friends went for a weekend getaway! We went on a recommendation from the owner of After Eight bed and breakfast! Just like After Eight everything was very clean and breakfast was amazing!! We all loved the pool! They also have snacks,soda and tea! Our room was the Milton room! The room was really clean and huge!!
