If you're ever stranded in Arkansas, Luyet Automotive is the place to turn to! They are fair, polite, NOT misogynistic pricks. They gave a fair price on the work they did, when they discovered something else wrong they called an explained and didn't argue over the necessary work. When I chose to finish the work at home as I'm also a mechanic, they were amazing at charging a very fair price for the work they did and amazing about my travel back from Oklahoma to collect the vehicle. I highly recommend Luyet Automotive if you're stranded while traveling (and I'm certain they are amazing if you're local, too!) Even as a mechanic if you find yourself in a situation as I did where the problem required the vehicle to be on a lift they will be polite and FAIR. 10/10 would recommend.

Yall !!!! Had the BEST experience here at Luyet! This was our first time in for a check engine light..diagnosed it & got the part late yesterday but they installed it anyways. Got my vehicle back early the next morning! I was very impressed with their communication about the progress of my vehicle. Even sent my a photo of the broken part. Awesome! Needed a repair to my F250 in a timely matter that two other body shops could not accommodate soon enough. Halter’s Body Shop recommended Luyet’s Automotive. Luyet’s worked me in, ordered the part and had the repair done in two days. I had a question about the repair and they even sent the mechanic out to converse with me. Very professional and courteous. I will highly consider using them again.

Our son just moved here from south Texas for school and his check engine light came on. We were greeted by very friendly staff. Jesse was friendly and knowledgeable. very displeased...had theft repair damage on steering column..just picked car up..upper column cover chipped an doesnt fot properly, steering wheel material nowcoming loos and scratched...plus instead of doing whats correct an putting var back the way it came from factory i knoq have seperate keys for ignition an locks...qill mever use u agin an have informed insurance company
