Chris and Tomasso did an excellent job replacing my high efficiency natural gas boiler. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. The job was done neatly and they cleaned up the job site completely. They stayed to test the system and made sure all aspects of the system were working before they left. The job only took them about 6 hours total. I was impressed by their competence and professionalism.

I have been a happy loyal Link Mechanical customer for the past 13 years. Today they replaced my hot water heater and I had the pleasure of working with Ryan and Dorian. Both were professional as well as knowledgeable. They took the time to go over the new hot water heater and the shut off sensor. They left my basement as clean and tidy as it was before. They were both polite and a pleasure to work with. Link should be very proud to have these two young men working for them. Dorian and Tomasso installed our new furnace yesterday. We were very impressed by the work they did from start to finish. They were very considerate of protecting our floors and when the job was complete, you would never even know they were here. The Link crew came out to replace our HVAC system. Tomasso and Dorian lead the crew. They were great communicators and always let us know what they were doing. They were able to get more guys on the scheduled day, so what might have taken three days was 95% done in one day. (This was excellent for our stressed out cats.) The team was efficient and professional and we are very happy with the service.

Update: Last week I went to the basement only to find out hot water heater was leaking and a large puddle of water was expanding across the basement. I immediately called Link. The very same day they came out and installed a new hot water tank. This time I opted for an automatic shutoff valve that will close the inlet to the tank in case it senses a leak. Once again the team at Link Mechanical did a great job!!! I really appreciate the prompt service, the fair price, and the attention to details with the installation.

We are very pleased with the service from Link Mechanical. Link installed a new, high efficiency HVAC system. The installation team was very professional and were happy to answer our questions during the installation. The system is amazing and has cut our AC bill in half from the same time last year. We have a maintenance contract set up with Link. The price is very reasonable and we have piece of mind that the Team at Link Mechanical will be here to help in an emergency, and also keep our systems functioning properly and safely. What a great experience. Wish a 6th star was an option. The entire team, under Dorian Z and Chris’ guidance, was professional, respectful and left our house cleaner than they found it. On top of that, they finished the job in half the time we were told to expect. When does that ever happen with a technical install? If all our contractors worked like this, we would be INCREDIBLY happy. And PS, our dog Moby will miss all of the new buddies he made
