Love this place, a hidden gem indeed. Anita is a wonderful host, so nice and down home. It's our go to place to stay, esp. during hunting season.

Could use cleaning up broken glass every where . Rules not enforced about dogs roaming freely and owners not cleaning up after their pets. Why post rules and not follow them up . People not camping coming in and out all night. No water available other than bathroom.

I had to lower the rating from 5 to 3 because the bathrooms closest to the beach have a code lock on them. Instead you have to walk to the other side of the parking lot to a bathroom that's NEVER been dusted or cleaned. There's about 50 spiders living in it (no joke). WHY?

This place is as said in other reviews, it is about honesty. We are traveling & our new Dodge Ram was was having an issue & we knew we had to stop. I called up Anita & explained what was happening & needed a stay overnight. Anita immediately helped us even that we were arriving at 9 pm. To me she is my angel to let us stay in a safe campground.

Anita manages a very clean, organize & beautiful campground. I definitely recommend this campground. I couldn't ask for a more caring & loving campground Manager.

Was here for a county cross-county running event. Grounds were well kept and parking plentiful. Boat ramp and dock were in great shape and an asset to the park.

Massive parking lot. If you are looking to hold a large tournament on Weiss Lake, this is the place to have it. Located in the canal, you don't have to fight the wind to load or unload. Current can be a little strong sometimes, but its nothing crazy. 4 lane ramp offers fast loading and unloading a large number of boats. All around great place for tournaments. Also, there is a campground right across the street for those who want to make a weekend out of it.

Leesburg Landing in Leesburg, AL is a great place to host your tournaments!!! Great parking, easy 4 boat lane ramp access and now an awesome floating pier too.

The RV park was perfect and our camping anglers loved it. The only three negative things I even hate to mention but as a director I feel I need too, is we needed power for our weigh-in, parking lot lights and bathroom facilities down near lower parking lot. We had a generator that worked but power access would have be very nice.

Please don’t let this keep you from hosting your tournament there because it worked out great for us. Besides, I bet they are working on those few things as you read this post……
