Kelly septic is great. The staff is knowledgeable and service is prompt. They did a thorough camera inspection of my system and they pump out the tank every couple years. Would recommend.

Did not give a time estimate when they would arrive. Did not call to confirm service before they charged my card. Drove on lawn, which they have never done in the past. Driver destroyed my mailbox backing out of driveway and did not say a word, I know for sure it was them. Never quoted me for future work I asked to have quoted. Months go by no response, won't return email or phone calls. Some of these items would have been acceptable if there was communication, even the mailbox would have been a non issue if they had admitted fault and apologized. I'm not unreasonable in these things, mistakes happen thei non action in all other facets are unacceptable.

Edit: still have heard nothing after acknowledgement by business here. They could care less.
