The front desk receptionist is a lovely woman. She's polite, considerate, and friendly. She called back to follow up on my inquiry to which I had already made an appointment with another electrician. She was so pleasant, that I ended up cancelling my appointment with the other, and went with K-CO instead.

Turns out it was the right decision. The other electrician was from a much larger company which charged $295 just for the visit and to assess the issue.

K-CO did not charge me a "visit" fee. Just by the hour which I was happy with, of course.

Keith was respectful, polite, informative, and professional. He allowed me to watch while he worked and talked through steps and processes so that I could learn. He resolved my issue in about an hour, and I haven't had any problems since.

I will be using this electrician for the foreseeable future for their professionalism and fair prices. I highly recommend them.

Keith and his crew are awesome! I had an issue with my doorbell a couple of days ago. Keith gave me a call back promptly. I told them my issue, and he asked if I was at home, and if I was up for them to come out immediately. I told them that I definitely was, and they showed up quickly! Very nice, very professional, and they explained everything to me so that I understood what was going on. They resolved the issue, and were on their way. I have a number of jobs that I want to take care of in the near future, and K-CO is definitely who I'm going to call.

Great experience all around. I had a 220v outlet installed in my kitchen and upgraded my service from 100amp.

I spoke directly to the owner and his wife multiple times. They answered all of my questions and were very down to earth. I had a couple contractors quote the changes and K-CO was very competitive.

I can't praise them enough. I even had an emergency Christmas eve because my stove manufacturer didn't list a requirement, and the owner Keith himself came out and fixed it for me within an hour. That alone has made me a life long customer of theirs.
