We could not be more pleased with our experience with Jesse's garage. The dealership quoted us nearly 3 times more than Jesse's to replace a part, we called up Jesse's and they were able to get us in 2 days later, ordered the part and had it within a day. The customer service was absolutely amazing, Ray is a super friendly, knowledgeable guy, and my car was returned cleaner than the day I bought it! Only place we will take it in the future, highly recommend them.

The battery in my car died after only 1 1/2 years. Was initially installed by Audi dealership so was headed there for service…without an appointment I knew I was in for an all day ordeal. On my way I decided instead to stop in at Jesse’s to see if they could help me. Best decision ever!! I am thrilled with the service I received! Never expected to be out the door with a new battery within the hour!! Prompt, professional and courteous…great customer service! They have a new customer for life…very highly recommend!!

Recently took my wife’s Tiguan in for service. Had some issues with going to the dealer, presented them to my service writer and they inspected my vehicle and went over it thoroughly. Did need some repairs which is understandable(why we brought it in) and not nearly as much as what the dealer said was wrong. Pricing was very fair and they got it done it in a day and were able to get the parts same day(dealer had to order them over multiple days). They even vacuumed our vehicle out for us. Definitely coming back.

Jesse's Garage did agreat job for me this week. Their website is easy to navigate to schedule an appointment. They offer options for transportation to and from their shop. Their diagnosis was spot on. They completed the work in the time frame that they estimated. They did not try to upsell me into additional work. Finally, Their pricing was reasonable. I will use them again.

Since my car has been under (extended) warranty since I bought it, I've always taken it to the dealership for service. So, I was a little apprehensive about using an independent business for my cars annual service. Jesse's Garage couldn't have been a better choice. Professional & honest are very rare characteristics, especially in the auto service/repair business, but these guys were all that & more. They ended up keeping my car for 3 days due to some involved routine maintenance requirements for a car with my mileage, but they kept me apprised of everything they were doing & never complained about needing to spend so much time on my car. And the cost of the service - very reasonable! I'm new to Sarasota, but I've found an automotive service business I'll be using for as long as I own this car. Thank you, Jesse's Garage for everything!
