Mr. Jonathan Thrower and Mr. Corey Rohr did an awesome job at my house today. The project ended up being bigger than I hoped, but these guys did a great job identifying and fixing the issue. The had to tear apart my landscaping and dig multiple areas of the yard to run new wire, but they made sure to fix everything back even better than it was while even coming in under the quoted price. So glad I called them and will go to them first before any other electricians in the area.

The first technician misdiagnosed, BUT, when this was discovered the company went out of its way to make it right.
What should’ve been a simple replacement was made difficult by the aging system I am on, but the Jimmy the technician never tried to raise the cost or add the unexpected labor in - he just fixed it like they said they would at the agreed upon price.
That’s the way to do business.

Was told a rate and gave what should have been any easy job. But when I talked to the "electrician" he took a lot longer and did not sound like he knew what he was doing. Will have to bring someone else to finish the job. Cost 2000 for what should have been a completed job for less than 1000. Incompetence

I experienced an unusual electrical event early this morning which was handled very professionally by Eli and Cory of Jerry Pybus Electric. I soon was reassured with confidence from their work ethics, that they knew what they were doing and did it right! I highly recommend this business and their wonderful workers! Called in the morning asking for emergency service (had a power outage due to a faulty external wire, and a roommate recovering from a spinal fusion inside). They came by, were here for an hour or so, and then left saying they had to go to the office to get my quote. I heard from them once more an hour and a half later saying they were still waiting, tried to call an hour after that but they stopped answering my phone calls for the rest of the day. This was about 1pm. I contacted them first at 9am. They ignored my calls after I told them I had someone recovering from surgery. I waisted 4 hours waiting on them for them to just ghost me.

Had to go with another electrician since they stopped responding. The new guys were at my house and had me a quote within less than an hour. Had my power back on the same day.

One of Jerry Pybus’ technicians finally contacted me the next morning and quoted me more than double the price I was charged by the guys I ended up using. I would never recommend them after this kind of service.
