Sadly, We are also disappointed with this MSP as the customer service dropped in the last years. It takes weeks before we receive any support. The most frustrating part is that they send us an invoice whether they help us or not. We don't appreciate a bill for services not rendered. And you can see by their reply that they are not up to par with customer service and quality of service.

They suck. We use bioconnect at a gym for finger print access. It hasn’t been working for WEEKS!! People are unable to get 24 hrs which is our most popular membership option just because our bioconnect isn’t working. The owner has tried every single day to connect them and nothing has been resolved. There’s no communication and it’s really hard on our business. We also have faced so many problems that’s completely out of our hands. They have been resolved but it’s just one thing after another. ITS RIDICULOUS. Your hurting out buisness and there’s not much we can do. Do better….
