I purchased a 2013 Chevy 2500 from Tyler. He was very helpful throughout the sales process and everything went smoothly. I have had no issues with the truck and couldn't be happier. About a month later I returned and bought an Audi A6 for my daughter. That car has also been great and she loves it. Highly recommend.

I would give them a 0 if I could. The car was sold as a VW SEL, which it is not. I bought the car 8/3. It was shipped 8/9 even though it wasn’t supposed to arrive until 8/11. I really thought I was having a great experience buying a car from them. The salesman, Tyler was nice from the start and very prompt at responses. I live 3 hours away so this car was bought by FaceTime, texts, phone calls and emails. Tyler assured me this car was in “great shape”. Well the video and pictures were deceiving. The car was shipped to me. I requested the car to arrive on a Sunday because I was away. All the sudden I get a message from the shipper on a Friday that they would be arriving that day. I scrambled to get someone to receive the car for me. Tyler made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal as the shipper is begging me to have someone at my house. Well that should have been my first red flag. I was finally able to see the car on Sunday when I arrived home. It has so many scratches, 2 rust spots, sap and sticky goo all over it. The inside is covered in makeup. The windows are so dirty with a sticky mess. Not to mentioned many of the advertised options weren’t available on this car. But they blamed that on the website developer. I was so disgusted upon seeing this car. And then 2 weeks after buying the car it needs a $1300 intake manifold. I’ve never felt so ripped of in my life. They offered me a $100 gift card for my troubles getting the car registered. They never sent me the paperwork for registration and then it took over a month to get it. I would never recommend doing business with this place.
