hi everyone i wanted to share my purshasing car experience at ingersoll danbury was amazing and spectacular i live in mohegan lake new york and i was picked up and chauffered around to danubury by an uber like if was buying a brand new car and the car i bought was a 10 years old car they treated me with all honesty alexis by sales person was very very professional she was very clear and knew what she was talking about and jerry the sales manager got me approved in half hour with my lousy creditand eicj the financial manager richard was very clear explained to me everything and was so professional. the car delivery was nice and smooth the fill the whole car tank with gas if was a brand new car ..the bedt servuce and experience i have ever had in my whole life i will go back for my next car thank you guys all alexis jerry richard

I purchased a 2024 Buick Encore GX ST from Ingersoll Auto of Danbury over a year ago (September 2023), and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish! This was my first car purchase, and as a woman, it’s not always easy to walk into a dealership without feeling like someone might try to take advantage of you. But Ingersoll Auto made the process so smooth and comfortable, working with me every step of the way. I never felt pressured, and they made sure I was confident in my decision.

When I was shopping, I was really focused on finding a car with top safety features and modern technology, with a sleek design. The Buick Encore GX ST checked all the boxes—offering advanced safety features like lane-keeping assist, forward collision alert, and HD surround vision, all of which make me feel secure on the road. On top of that, the technology package is incredible, from the intuitive infotainment system to the seamless smartphone connectivity. The best part? This car feels luxurious without the luxury price tag. The dashboard has a sleek screen design that is similar to the new Cadillac's, and let me tell you, it leaves you with an impression!

A huge shoutout to Chris Greco, my Sales Consultant, who was so patient and knowledgeable. He walked me through every detail, making sure I understood all the features and felt good about my choice. I also want to thank Sue Demecs, the Financial Services Manager, who made the financing process easy and straightforward. Sue really made it enjoyable to go through tons of paperwork and really made sure I felt comfortable with everything.

The service department at Ingersoll Auto is another standout—they have the largest service department I’ve ever seen and offer amazing flexibility with appointments. It’s been such a relief to know my car is in great hands for maintenance.

If you’re looking for a dealership that prioritizes customer care and offers great value, I highly recommend Ingersoll Auto of Danbury. Ask for Chris Greco and Sue Demecs—they’re the best!
