Worst service ever stay away

My mother used them to install a septic system . They do the inspections. I called them to look at her system as the pump was not pumping properly on November 18, today is November 27 and I have yet to see them. I called four times. Today they finally called me back and said they will be here next week.. No thanks! I'll go elsewhere.. you must have too much Business and money so you dont need mine... Bye!

My husband and I purchased a home about 4 years ago and until recently our water had always been okay. Last month there was a leak somewhere down our road and a technician from Inbodens came out to fix this leak. When it was fixed our water immediately turned into an orange/brown color. We waited a few days and had of course reported the issue. I have pictures of the water, the stained showers, stained dishwasher, a huge basket full of stained clothes from washing them, as well as many other ruined items in our home. It’s been over a month of me calling several times weekly and the issue has yet to be resolved. After threatening to report the company, a technician finally came out to tell me they would be installing a blower to help with the problem. The blower has yet to be installed and I have yet to hear from the manager and/or owners that I have asked for multiple times. The only helpful person I have been in contact with has been the secretary. I am beyond frustrated and will be sending my water sample in to sanitation’s to see what myself, my husband, and my children have been stuck drinking, cooking with, bathing in.. etc. I am in total disbelief that the owners or manager have yet to reach out and try to get this problem resolved with over a month of dirty, completely unacceptable drinking water.

Several years ago I would given 5 stars. Imboden put in my septic in about 2005 and was a great experience. Since then it has gone down hill. I am not for sure but I think the main person retired and his replacement is worthless. I have had problems over the years getting them to come out to do checks on system and filing paperwork with county has become very difficult. Numerous requests for return calls about required maintenance go ignored. When you call in you get secretary a very nice patient woman who is ultimately no help since no one above her seems to care about customer service anymore. After 6 months of dealing with them trying to get a call back and disputing what was supposed to happen with my service I gave in mailing my last payment of services witch they didn't fill in my opinion and parted ways. Again I can't stress enough great place until about a year ago when it all went down hill with new management very sad to see such a downfall in service. 100% would not recommend imboden at all to work with.
