Company is extremely unprofessional. Driver didn’t properly screw cap on and I’ve been without heat of 2 days due to water getting in my tank. Had a service tech “of 40 years” tell me that by leaving the fill cap off water won’t get in the tank and shouldn’t be the problem. Company does not take ownership of their problems and just yells and laughs at their customers. Great job!

Last year we got deliveries from this place for no problem. These past two days we've been waiting for a delivery and it's been excuse after excuse when the truck doesn't show up. Don't waste your time. Find a more reputable company.

Typically have the cheapest local prices. Owner called my phone hostile, cursed me out due to a misunderstanding and error based on a tenant report. Stated that she will return to my property extract the oil and said " have a nice time sleeping in the cold". Must've been unaware I just purchased oil from her the month prior & wasn't the one in need. Never witnessed a more unprofessional individual in my life. Take your business elsewhere. Arctic oil typically beats competitors prices by a few cents. Never had an issue with them the minimum purchase is just more!

Called in, was explained the different ways I could get oil from them. Ordered online for a price 50 cents lower than the usual company I use, they came out next day with no issue. Driver was very nice and delivered efficiently.

HORRIBLE! Left a check for the delivery and the mail person accidentally took it from the mailbox. When we called to explain the situation, the dispatcher seemed quite annoyed. My wife called back as we were told the driver was going to be contacted and the dispatcher was rude and hung up on her. When I called back, it got heated and led to the dispatcher threatening to come to my house apparently to fight? It's your job to deal with people sir... DON'T USE THEM!

Called on Wednesday for a delivery on Friday - received call on Friday saying that delivery was cancelled because of an accident but that deliveries would be made on Saturday. Called Saturday at 1pm - was assured that all deliveries from Friday would be made on Saturday. Called again at 5:00pm and again was told that I would have my oil on Saturday and they were out delivering until 8pm. No delivery Saturday or Sunday. Called today late morning (Monday) to make sure my delivery would be there today and was told that they only go to my town on Mon, Wed, and Fri. So I said - it's Monday so it should be there correct? Told me they already left the area and REFUSED per supervisor Gabriella to go back to delivery my oil. I repeatedly explained to them that I needed the delivery but "the best they could do was Wednesday". Never again - that's just really poor practices! Would rather pay the extra few cents for someone else. I have been using them for years and the girls in the offices between Bristol and Waterbury thought it was funny when I called each time for assurance and laughed me off! Too many companies supplying the same product - I go where I get the best service.

friendly and the gentlemen who deliver are kind and respectful it's so nice to hear a friendly kind people right from the start of placing your order to having the gentlemen that show up with a smile and making sure they close the gate so they know that your pets don't escape plus take the time to ask how you are and talking with the dogs. prices are great however the unbelievable service is the best and always return calls within mins. I refer them to everyone. I notice my neighbors are now on-board and tell me thank you for referring them ... Hands down the best company and will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Thank you IT ENERGY for making it like the old days when you can get a smile and a respectful company.
