My first time here. I brought my Tesla model 3 2020 for the front control arms replacement. They finished the job earlier than expected and I saved about $200. The location is easy to find but they don't have enough parking space.

The company offers bottles of water and sodas for free and also good coffee ☕️.
You can watch TV while you're waiting for your car. If you're hungry there are few places near by at walking distance.
Customer service was great and answered all my questions.
I am very happy with the job they did and if you have a Tesla and want to save money 💰 this is the best place to bring your car instead of the Tesla Service Center.

I would like to share my recent experience that highlights the importance of trust and expertise in automotive repairs. A friend of mine was dealing with a serious issue after his car had been exposed to a hurricane's aftermath, resulting in water accumulation in the vehicle. Initially, the car was sent to the Lexus dealership, where they informed us that it needed an entire transmission replacement. Skeptical of this assessment, I took it upon myself to seek a second opinion. At another shop I knew, the technicians indicated that the converter was engaging improperly but that the transmission would eventually need attention as well. Still not convinced, I decided to turn to an experienced mechanic named Gary.

Gary's diagnostic revealed that the problem stemmed from a faulty solenoid rather than the entire transmission. What struck me most about my interaction with Gary was not just his expertise, but also his kindness and willingness to help. He suggested a flush and some additives as a potential solution and recommended taking the vehicle to Elite Transmission to see if this straightforward fix could do the trick. Remarkably, Gary didn't charge me for his diagnostic service, which is often priced between $90 to $120 at other shops. This act of goodwill left a lasting impression on me.

Finally, the vehicle was transferred to Tim at Elite Transmission, where we're currently awaiting further developments. Throughout this entire process, I've realized just how crucial it is to have access to skilled and honest professionals. As someone who once worked as a mechanic, I understand the significance of accurate diagnostics and the role it plays in resolving automotive issues. It’s clear to me that Gary and his team embody the professionalism and integrity needed to ensure a vehicle receives the proper care it deserves.

They made it easy to drop off and pick up our vehicle. The quality of work is excellent. We had new brakes and rotors installed on all four wheels, and the vehicle drives great. They are friendly and professional and followed up with a personal text to find out how everything was going with our vehicle. And the price was better than some other businesses.
