I hired Henley-Johnston & Associates to provide Geotechnical Engineering services on 5/2/2018 for my residence where we have major additions planned. The Project Manager (PM) assigned to my project was very responsive from the get-go. Drilling is planned at two locations on my property on 5/15/2015 with the report expected within two weeks after the samplings. I will provide an update after receiving the report.

My report was available to me within two weeks after the drill, was very thorough and covered analyses to support retaining walls, foundation and pool construction recommendations. Outstanding work and will continue to utilize HJA to review final designs and conduct inspections throughout the build process per their recommendations.

Its great to call a company and actually get a live person on the end of the phone and not a machine. Spoke directly to Ben who was handling my project and he answered all my questions. Very professional. Will definitely do business with them again.

A terrible experience. Contacted them through a friend's referral for a geotechnical testing and analysis for my house. It took them over a month to get me on their schedule and after nearly 4 months of waiting with multiple calls and emails, I have yet to receive the results.
Going to contact another company.
