I called twice to ask a simple question and the woman who answered the phone, Heather, spoke down to me, audibly laughed, and interrupted me several times while I was trying to speak. Very disconcerting interactions.

Drove over an hour to look at the building records for a condo for sale in town and the lady at the building department said in order to access files you need to fill out a file request form in which she will “get to it when she can, and call you then”. What kind of system is that? Do I expect her to drop what she is doing and get the file, absolutely not, but to not give me any inclination of a timeline and me explaining how I drove over an hour to get there and can’t just come back when it’s ready and she responded “that’s not my problem”. What a joke.

The lady handling phone calls is a real piece of work. She’s rude, not professional at all and have zero respect. I bet they don’t give a damn about this but just be told that this is what you’re going to find and act accordingly

Great staff. Called for a complaint in regards to a landlord Four Fields Management not taking care of a water issue and they came down right away and informed her to address the issue. Great bunch of people working here and I know I can count on this team to provide safe housing that is in code. Highly Recommend!
