I love that there is a place that I can take my SUV and pickup without worrying about being taken. These guys are honest, fair, and thorough with their work. I have had them do everything from simple car maintenance to larger repairs. I have always been more than satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great! I went to another local shop and had a terrible experience and I thought this place was just for tires but it turns out they do all kinds of automotive repairs. So I took my SUV here for some brakes and suspension work and they were fast, honest and reasonably priced. The employees were nice and efficient. Note: that this place does not take reservations and they are ALWAYS busy. This didn't bother me because I dropped my car off the day before and they finished it faster than expected! I'm so grateful I found a local place I trust for my vehicles. Once I find a good mechanic I stick with them! Thanks George's!

Took my 2022 Jeep Wrangler into George’s to have new tires and wheels installed and balanced that I had ordered online. I was told earlier that for 5 tires and wheels the fee would be $250. ($50 a tire) I was also told it was first come first served so to have it there any day @ 8:00. Wheels came in on Friday (tires had arrived earlier) and I was excited so took it in Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. Jimmy said they’d try to get to it that day but if not I’d need to pick it up by 4:00 p.m. when they closed or it would be there over the weekend. At 2:30 I received a call that some of the rims had been dinged in shipping and to come in. Went in my Jeep was up on the lift, looked at the dings, said they were fine and they said they’d get started on it. Didn’t hold out much hope that they’d have it done by the time they closed and knew they were closed on Sunday’s but figured it would be done by 9:00 on Monday. Monday morning at 9, I called to see how it was coming, and was informed that it was looking good, wasn’t done yet and the tech was actually working on 2 vehicles. Really? was that other vehicle there at 8:00 on Saturday morning? Didn’t receive a call that it was ready until 12:39. I was informed by several places it was less than a 2 hr. job. When we went to pick it up, I noticed that the spare tire had not been mounted. Jimmy said they didn’t have enough lug nuts for it, (enough lug nuts came with the wheels for 4 tires). When I asked them if they had lug nuts, they then handed me lug nuts they said would fit but didn’t offer to put the spare on for us. Bill came to $255 even though only 4 tires were installed. (We were able to get the spare tire on ourselves, although it took us a while and spare was quite heavy, especially since we are both over 65. )
By the time we got home the check tire sensor light was on and it said the front left tire sensor wasn’t reading, so called George’s and they said to bring it in when I could leave it for a while since it was first come first serve. Yeah tell that to someone else. Really, they’d already had it for over 52 hours. Jimmy then said that if we had it there at 8:00 they could do it without us having to leave it. So on Wednesday morning my husband took it back in talked to Mike and they reset the system while he waited. However, once again the light came on only this time the sensor wasn’t reading the front right tire. My husband took it back at 8:00 on Saturday morning) and Jimmy informed him that he would have to leave it and if he didn’t want to leave it, he would have to get there quite a while before 8, their opening time. My husband took it back the following Tuesday and got there at 7:00. Jimmy got there at 7:30, they took it in at 8:00, worked on it for two hours but couldn’t figure out why their instruments read it but the Jeep wasn’t reading it.
UPDATE: I then took it into Gary’s Automotive where they gave me an appointment for 8:30, they were able to figure out what was wrong, and for an additional $85 we now have no more sensor lights going off!!
Run don’t walk away from Georges. Their customer service skills are horrible and evidently their technical skills aren’t very good either.
On the bright side, my wheels and tires look great!

I came to this place with an emergency for a tire with a broken valve. I explained that I had a person waiting for me for half an hour with a dump trailer on the street. It's cold day Anyway, he left me waiting for more than an 2 hours and there was no one waiting, only cars by appointment. Never come to this place. The person Jimmy is a person who has no sense of helping others. He actitud is frustrating, How unlucky that they sent me here because of the type of tire my car has. The wall is full of certificates, but from many years ago, because now I don't think they will give you any.

I took my jeep to their shop to have my tires balanced. They tried to tell me I needed new studs and lugs. My lugs were brand new from my new tires from the day before. I told them no just balance my tires. The manager on duty got pissed off at me for it. About 45 minutes later they gave me my jeep. I drove a quarter mile up the road. They never tightened my lugs on my from steer tire on driver side. So my tire fell off my jeep and I nearly flipped my jeep. A tow truck came and got me and took me to me to my regular garage and they were able to fix what was broke because of their incompetence and their on purpose ON PURPOSE UNDONE JOB BECAUSE I WOULDNT SAY YES TO THE WORK THEY WANTED TO DO. THEY COULD HAVE KILLED ME OR OTHERS. I SUGGEST THE PUBLIC STAY AWAY FROM THEIR BUSINESS.
