Jamie showed up on time to install my generator wireless monitor system. He was respectful and polite and answered all my questions. Everyone with Gengatorz has been extremely nice and professional. Thank Gengatorz for the install of my Kohler generator.

Gabriel Moore was my technician for the install of my Kohler generator. He was extremely knowledgeable and installed the system at a timely rate. His work was neatly done. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I understood how to operate the system. Thanks Gengatorz !!

Edit Aug 6, 2025: Steve came by to do the final checks and test the generator today. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. The system works great, runs surprisingly quietly, and powers the whole house with both AC units running without a hitch.
We are very satisfied.

Excellent customer service from the initial call in of inquiry to the decision to purchase the unit. Everyone answered my questions and made me feel like they actually appreciated me as a customer. Gabe and Blake the installers did awesome job! Gabe a very knowledgeable young man I must say, was very detailed in making sure to explain operations of the unit. I can’t forget to say the young lady that answered the phone was very helpful with my questions when I first inquired I was impressed. The field technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job of explaining how to operate and maintain their equipment. I have had great encounters with Gabe M., Demari Y., Caleb B. & Jamie A. I am not a fan of the automated text notification system regarding appointments. It completely disregards my schedule and availability. I would much prefer talk to a person to schedule appointments and be notifiedat least 24 hours before someone comes out to perform routine maintenance. A one-call was not performed when my unit was first installed, which delayed the installation process and endangered the lives of the technicians since they had to dig next to a buried electrical line and gas line.

Update:
Our 38kw Kohler generator is up and running. It was a complex installation that required trenching around several underground utility lines (gas, water, irrigation system), as well as combining the two existing main breaker panels into one new panel (thus eliminating the need for one transfer switch). The Gengatorz team was exceptional throughout the entire process, especially the main installers, Rodney and Anthony. I am an engineer and a perfectionist, and their work was terrific. I have included a couple of photos of the finished project (except for the stone backfill around the foundation, which is on me). To a person the Gengatorz team were friendly and courteous, and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a generator project. Thanks Gengatorz for a project well done!!

Our generator project is still in the works due to the complexity of the project, but so far everyone at Gengatorz has been terrific, especially Larica who has been our main point of contact. Everything we have needed has been provided quickly. She is making this complex project easier for us. Thanks Larica and the entire Gengatorz team.

Phillip is a very respectful man. He was early but kept apologizing for being early. I knew he was coming but slept late. He did an exceptionally great job on my maintenance work. He is very polite and very quiet on his work. I highly recommend Phillip to do all my work!!! Rather it is maintenance or repair, Phillip is the best technician in the company!!! Phillip came to my home on 8/19/25 to finish up my generator install and do the first start up on the generator. He was very nice and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing. We discussed what day of the week and time of day that the generator would start up and go into exercise mode. He was determined to get everything finish even with a 45 minute rain delay. He registered my generator for the warranty and sent me pictures and videos of the work he performed.
