Robert was able to fix my Cadillac SRX when multiple mechanics said nothing could be done and we needed to wait on a part that may not be in stock for months to years! Thank goodness for Gary’s Automotive- we are back on the road and everything works great, not to mention the fabulous customer service and price. I have been working with Gary/Robert and their team for over a decade. Both of these gentlemen are a pleasure to work with. I find their work to be of superior quality. They stand by their work, no matter how big or small the repair may be. I have referred several of my friends and every one of them has been satisfied with the work performed. Having a go to team for all my automotive needs is must and Gary and his team meet all of my needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

I hate writing bad reviews but sometimes places need to receive constructive feedback so they can improve. This place kinda sucks 1. The service manager (the guy, not the lady) on the phone was always rude every time I called 2. They are quite pricey for pretty poor service 3. It took them nearly 2 months to finish my car 4.The service manager just really rubbed me the wrong way with his combative attitude and his lack of listening skills. Other than that I really wanted to like this place because its close to my house and convenient to get to but after this experience I won't be going back.

Just reading some bad reviews , no surprise really. Been a few years but they had my Explorer up there for a month, should have never went back but I did, liked Gary. Next time they replaced rear wheel bearings, apparently before putting brake backing plate on. Solution? They cut backing plate in two. Wife says next day there's a grinding noise. Another shop in Ocala showed me what they did. Real nice..

I normally do my repairs. But when I gave serious issues Gary's is my go to and specifically Robert, I trust him and his crew, my ac failed in my Lincoln navigator, they did the work, completely dismantled the dashboard no damage, not even a scratch.

I had a really bad experience with this shop. I dropped my car off with engine problems 9/2 on a Tuesday and was told it would be looked at that day . 9 days later its still there and I was told 5 times it would be looked at and it wasn't. The only tech that could work on engines was having some health issues and I understand they were not able to get to the car like they said they would. But telling a customer that it will be done over and over caused me 2 weeks of rental expenses and still looking at expenses for the fix. My advice would be to tell future clients you just cant get to it until next week or 7 days from now whatever it is and let them decide. Swaunders took my car right in and put it as a priority .

I had a Friday appt. at 9am to get 4 new tires installed and a front end alignment. I called at 4:30pm to check and they said "we're working on it now." At 6pm they called and asked if they could keep it over the weekend and promised it would be ready by 10am on Monday. Are you kidding me? The appt. was made 2 weeks prior!! They had it for 9 hours and didn't finish it? I couldn't use the car for 3 days. To top that off, no apology, explanation, or break on the bill. I'll never use them again and neither should anyone else!! 😡

I had high hopes for this shop but unfortunately I was let down tremendously. Not only was I charged over $1,100 but I paid for brand new parts that don't exist!! My axle broke along with some of the adjoining parts and they said they replaced all of it with brand new ones but a few weeks later I was driving (at night time mind u) and I heard something pop then the car started to wobble and squeak so badly that I almost ran into oncoming traffic cuz the steering wheel wasn't turning the car!!! I was terrified!! And to make matters worse there were no street lights or houses where I had to pull over and my husband is disabled and in a wheelchair. Ended up getting an Uber home, having my car towed to a different mechanic and they said I was missing a couple lug nuts and there was no new axle or new anything under the car. All original factory parts still there. So now, another $1,400 down the toilet BUT at least I know the problem is fixed this time. Gary's certainly dropped the ball on this one!!!
