wanted to share a review after reading one above by hardgrove. obviously this guy is not familliar with the variables of engineering costs, and how they do not follow a pattern such as selling a tv. there are a lot of things that can happen in testing and design. so, he did'nt get a discount. so what? the world does not owe you a discount. i have worked with garness on hundreds of projects, and are the only ones i recommend. what do people remember longer....what a service cost, or whether the business screwed up the project? i know what i remember, something to think about when hiring a service provider.
