Called to replace one outdoor outlet that failed after GC installed it 7 years ago. Screws came loose, outdoor bracket fell apart, outlet was dead. Tech was great, prompt, on-time, knowledgable and friendly. Labor charge for 20 minutes of work was $175, which seemed excessive. Office staff sounded bothered and defensive when I politely inquired about hourly labor rate. Will work with another company for electrical needs moving forward.

QUALITY WORK BUT SEVERLY OVERPRICED!!! Save your money and use another company. Before technician arrived I requested a quote but was told they don't offer quotes. Receptionist insisted it wouldnt take more then 4hrs and I'd used company in the past. I provided needed supplies for 6 recessed lights,, 4 outlets and ceiling fan. The room was completely empty and technicians charged $1251. 00 to rough everything and ADDITIONAL $905.00 to install. I payed $600 more then quote given by different company. When I called for explanation of billing the office manager/receptionist was rude and argumentative. UNFORTUNATELY I WILL NEVER USE COMPANY AGAIN.

This was EXTREMELY disappointing! My parents used their services for a new generator and I thought we could have them service ours. Well after 4 months of trying to get it fixed it's still not working. It took almost a month just for someone to come out and look and do an oil change then still not get it to work. Only to say we will come back to do more trouble shooting. That never happened. Calls upon calls to the office only to be told that didn't someone come out and look at it again And oh it's just been so busy if only it were winter we would have had the time for you. Not sure if the owners know that this is who they have speaking to customers, but obviously they don't care about keeping people on as customers. Don't bother even trying with this company.

Whenever we need electrical work done we use GC Electric. They do excellent service, fair pricing and the employees are such dedicated workers and very respectful. I highly recommend them for any electric service. They’re very responsive and get the work done in a timely manner. We definitely give them 5 star rating.

Michael came out to address a short in our outlets and fixed a potential fire threat and brought out outlets up to code. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond to make sure everything in the house was safe. Highly recommend.

What an experience! Just from one phone call, trying to get help. The lady that answered didn’t want to help me from the beginning. She said she was only there to do paperwork today, even though it’ states they’re open 24 hrs. She went and got paper and pen she said. Then she got really rude and asked why am I calling, if my landlord told me to call. I mean I had a problem and It was the way she said it for me. What a rude lady! When she found out my location she got even more rude and said she don’t have anyone to come out me. Not even offering an option. When I called I was very nice and was in a great mood, but lady u ruined that! Terrible customer service at its best!

They would not come out to give a quote for an outdoor GFI. They said it was minor, however not describe or give an hourly range of what minor means compared to their hourly rate. I have since had two other electricians come out and look and give quotes. I have heard good things about them, but was thrown off by not given any sort of quote and no willingness.

Called GC to repair my service weatherhead after TS Esiaias. I was told I was their 40th caller but they surprisingly came out the next day. Work was done quickly and I just got the bill which was very fair.
