Every Sunday up to Labor Day I go to the Fryeburg Fairgrounds Fleamarket. Great way to kill time when Sunday Morning's Comin' Down. You never know what kind of Treasures can be found.

Went on a rainy Saturday, and we all still had a blast. Great food, and my favorite stained glass vendor was there again. Bought 2 ornaments for a Christmas gift. Bought some dips and soups as well. Very tasty. Rain kept the crowds down and we got to park close to entrance.

Family friendly fair! I loved how the specialty food, and craft vendors had their own buildings.
However, I wished there was a more detailed map so we could find specific vendors. Spent more time than we should have, looking for one particular food vendor (88 donuts). Worth it when we finally find them, but would have been convenient to have a more detailed map.

The animal barns were fun and enjoyable for our entire party-adults and kids alike.

I'm not sure if this is an East Coast thing, but they had bathroom attendants and tips were "appreciated". I'm from Washington State and we have specific employees that keep the restrooms at our fair clean and I don't feel guilty using the restroom and not tipping because I don't carry cash. Even at a dollar a pop, that could add up really quick, especially if there are six people in your party and you're at the fair all day.

Over all I had a great time experiencing another State's fair and would recommend this to anyone who enjoys fair food, rides, animals, etc.

Amazing fair at an affordable price. There are so many food options. The rides were decent. All day band was only $30! The parking that we chose was $5 and only a short walk. I definitely plan to go earlier next time!!

Always fun! Always get sunflower farm pizza, the best! And a new fair shirt every season. Sheep dog runs were fun to see, along with the horses. It is one of the best weeks, ever at the fair.

The fair itself was great plenty of great vendors and great displays. Awesome events and the earlier pull time for the final night made it even better.
Only down side was the horrible job the traffic control was doing causing hour plus backups in and out of the grounds sending people the complete opposite direction that they were trying to go. Also not following the traffic plan they posted in numerous locations causing more confusion.

We love the Fryeberg Fair! Just what you'd expect - a great midway, awesome fair food, farm and other animals and competitions plus harness racing. I love the fact that you can now buy cheese made with milk that was milked from cows at the fair! We had a great time and after 5 years of going we still find things we hadn't seen in previous years.

First time at this fair and I can see why people keep coming back. Loved the agricultural aspects of this fair. Seeing the animals was fun, the skillet toss was great and honestly there is something for everyone at this once a year event.
