I would give no stars if possible. Called on April 5th to cancel my service. I was told they would send me a QR code to drop off their equipment at any UPS shipping center within 30 days or I would be charged $100 for the equipment. They never sent the QR code. After several days went by I contacted them to get the code and they said their system was down and they couldn’t do anything. 20 days and 7 calls later, I am finally sent a QR code that NO UPS center within 90 minutes of me will accept. They are also unable to provide any UPS center that will take it even though they maintain that any UPS center will do so. So back on the phone with them, 5 different times on hold in one call, total time on phone with them today was over 3 hours. They have also sent me a new bill for $10 even though my service has been canceled all month. They told me my bill at time of cancellation was -$9.47. They then said when I called today that I had an outstanding balance of $20 ( I didnt. This is the first Ive heard of this and was not mentioned on any of my bills or during my cancellation call.) And I also had another credit of about $9. This would leave a balance of about $1.50 roughly but I am being told very unintelligibly that it equals $10 and change. The sad thing about this is that I was quite happy with the service and planned to get it again it the future, but this company is very shady and has made it intentionally and unnecessarily hard, almost impossible to end the relationship with them and I believe it is done this way to try to bill people and make extra money for the equipment. Trying to terminate my service with Frontier has been one the most long, drawn out and miserable experiences of my life. They have transformed a long time happy and wishing to return one day customer into a never again under any circumstances customer. Be very cautious about entering into businesses with this company. If there is any other alternative in your area, I strongly advise you choose it.

Would give zero stars if I could. My internet went out on December 21st. I called to report the issue and they said they couldn't have a technician come until January 1st!
So I'm suppose to be without Wifi for over a week, including Christmas! Almost verything in my house requires a network connection to operate. Big no no.
Switched to Xfinity who got my wifi up and running again on December 26th. Was on the phone with Frontier to cancel my service and was on hold for 30 minutes... Smh
