Dr. Vanek has been caring for my eyes for more than 10 years. She is pleasant and thorough and her staff is top notch. I live in another state now, an hour and a half away, but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This office is good, until you want to update your lenses. I stopped going here because of a refusal in 2023 to update my due to a small change in my sight. . i purchased the frames here, so no one else can update my lenses....
I haven't gone back ..it took me over a year to write this review

For the past 2 years, I had a great experience at this office, so that’s what the 3 stars are for. I even referred a couple of coworkers from my previous job.
However today was not the case☹️
I had my yearly Plaquenil test. I wasn’t told I need to be dilated for my appt, to bring my glasses Rx, and glasses. I wasn’t dilated ever for my past visual field or OCT test.
There was going to be an additional fee along with my copay and I had to go to work, so I declined being dilated. I know the Tech was doing her job to push the issue, and she had me sign a refusing dilation form. This was for testing through my medical insurance; not my comprehensive eye exam vision plan, so I am still confused by it 🤔
The Doctor told me to get my Plaquenil exam next year by the Doctor that did my glasses exam from now on. She don’t take eyemed, so I had no choice but to get my eye glasses exam this year elsewhere.
I worked for 2 Ophthalmologist before moving here, and never did they get upset when a patient didn’t want to be dilated. Some insurances won’t cover it.
She don’t have to worry about me returning✌️

Dr Vanek is amazing! She takes her time during the exams and truly cares about her patients. Shannon always helps me pick out amazing glasses, and the frame selection there is so unique! Everyone there really is so nice and welcoming, it's hard to find a health care practice like this one anymore. I would not go anywhere else! The people, services, and merchandise is all top notch!

Hadn't heard of Eyes Inc but I saw great reviews and tried them. Very quick to get a Dr.'s exam. Very thorough. Super nice people. Got my new glasses there and am super-satisfied. A month later I stepped on my glasses and it was ugly. Ran right over to the shop and they fixed my glasses like new. Love this place.

Wonderful experience at Eyes, Inc. The atmosphere in the office is so nice...modern and immaculate and very professional yet friendly staff. Dr. Whitescarver is amazing. She was very caring, compassionate and concerned about me and the health of my eyes. I had a thorough eye exam and results were communicated to me in a way in which I could understand.
I would HIGHLY recommend them.
