Made appointment online for an oil change only to come into the shop and be told they don’t do appointments for oil changes. It’d be nice if someone with the shop could have called and let me know, and not wasted both of our time. Folks that work here are lovely, only posting this here so this issue can hopefully be addressed and others are made aware as well.

This place was amazing! I had never been here before until my tire popped across the street ON A SATURDAY! Everyone was extremely helpful, polite, and fast! Jeff was awesome! He made sure I had everything I needed for my car before I left. Whether you are a local, or just visiting, and have tire needs, I highly recommend Jeff and the guys at this shop! Thanks guys!

Good experiences in the past, but not so much this time.

Took my truck in because it was overheating. The diagnosis was that it needed a new radiator and thermostat. Cool, had them complete that project.

The day after the radiator was replaced, my truck began overheating while driving again. I took it back in under the service warranty and was told that it was “likely just an air bubble” working its way out of the newly installed radiator. I didn’t think that was the case, but gave them the benefit of the doubt and took it home again.

The next day, it began overheating yet again (I wasn’t really surprised at this point).

I dropped it back off on Friday 3/14 and was told I’d have more information before they closed that day. I didn’t hear anything back from them on Friday or Saturday. Halfway through Monday 3/17, I decided I should give them a call since it was pretty clear they weren’t calling me.

Now after not having my truck usable for over a week and spending $1,200 on a radiator and thermostat I likely didn’t need in the first place, they are telling me that they aren’t sure exactly what the issue is and recommending I take it elsewhere for further assistance.

Pretty disappointed in this situation.

I've had oil changes and state inspections for both of my vehicles there for about 3 years now. A few days ago, I stopped at an auto store to get a headlight bulb for my Avalanche. The store clerk wouldn't even attempt to put the bulb in, so I headed down the street to Express Oil. Lee greeted me and immediately went outside to attempt to replace the bulb for me, which was really fairly simple to do. He immediately noticed that the bulb socket was bad and melting, causing my original bulb to just blink. He explained everything to me clearly and made an appointment for me to come back another day and have the mechanics look deeper into replacing the wiring. When I went for my appointment, much to my surprise, Lee already had the estimate ready, and the part was already there, so they could do the work that day. I was there less than an hour, and the job was complete to my satisfaction. I even got a couple of discounts taken off my bill. I highly recommend this shop. Every service I've had from there has met all my expectations. Great job and thanks to Lee and the guys.

Now typically, I go to jiffy lube for my oil change services. However, this time my girlfriend suggested that I go where she goes because we stay in the car and it’s faster. Elton was our service technician and he was very thorough, efficient, informative, and friendly. We were in and out in no time and it was very affordable.
