Llevo 8 meses esperando y Todavia espero por que vengan a desgañar los arboles del city que dan para mi casa no pudieron tumbarlos por que eversouce nunca corto las ramas que estan encima de las lineas electrica dos arboles que cuando se llamo nos dijeron que los marcaramos con pintura blanca y todavia. pero lo rapidos q son para cobrar y aumentar los costo increible estan esperando que surja una desgracia para entonces venir, ahor mismo viene otra tormenta de nieve y a ellos no les inporta si nosotros se nos incedia o se cae el arbol de nuestra casa.
I've been waiting for 8 months and I'm still waiting for them to come and cut down the trees in the city that lead to my house. They couldn't cut them down because Eversouce never cut the branches that are above the power lines. Two trees that when called told us to mark them with white paint and still. But how fast they are to charge and increase the incredible costs, they are waiting for a misfortune to come, right now another snow storm is coming and they don't care if we catch fire or the tree at our house falls.

This company is pathetically corrupt. Every month my bill goes up a substantial amount even though my usage goes down. My usage was down by 36% and my bill is over $600 for a one bedroom apartment I was moved out of for half the month. Where’s Luigi when you need him.

To whom it may concern,
I began paying for 70 Morris street, my rental unit in Hartford, over a month ago. It is now 1/3/2023 and I still don’t have any service. I have been paying for service since 12/6. I was charged 34.67 for a reconnect fee. But it was never reconnected. I was also charged 160 for the electrician to tell me that the meter was off (at Eversource’s recommendation). I also spent 5 hours of my time waiting for them to come, and I am generally paid $36 an hour. Between my initial call at 8 am and them informing me there would be no help yesterday, I waited for 5 hours. I also have had it not rented, at $1400 a month, for that time since it was shown without electricity. So all told, I estimate: $1400+175+160 = $1735 in my cost.
Now, I know I can’t reasonably ask Eversource to pay for $1735. But certainly, they can pay for the electrician and my time, and reimburse me the reconnect fee since they never did that work.
I am currently on hold with a beeping noise at 8:08, after having spoken to a representative for a half an hour and then waiting on hold. I then spent more than another 15 minutes dealing with her, and now (maybe?) the electricity will be on at 10? She and the previous representative were helpful. However, why do I now have to fill out a form to get reimbursed? I did not cause this scenario. In addition, there is no way to avoid this happening with another tenant in the future, according to the representative.
1/4/2023: 6 am: I had to drive to Hartford (an hour for me) to confirm that they had, indeed, turned on service. No one called, as they had promised to do, and when I called they said they could not confirm service by usage, even though I left a light or two on for that purpose. I had cleaners coming in to ready it for the next renter, and needed to know whether or not they could use a vacuum. So add 2.5 hours to my time wasted.

Aggressive drivers rolling through downtown areas at twice the speed limit, honking and nearly hitting people because they cannot abide to the speed limit. Your drivers are a danger to everyone on the road.

Awful, awful company. Major state monopoly and price gouging as a result. My usage went down over 20% the last two months, but then my delivery charge miraculously increased to make the bill even higher! How does it cost more to deliver me less energy? Ridiculous. I will be looking into other options before these crooks double the rate to $0.24/kWh.
