This company was great. We've had concerns about the stability of our house. A minor leak in the basement. They came out and said for the age of our house the symptoms they are seeing are mainly cosmetic cracking of the plaster from the house settling. Just effect repairs to the plaster and adjust our doors to address what is happening. They said the leak in the basement is very minor given our description of what is happening- that we may be able to stop it with an epoxy system. Worse case scenario could call for a curtain drain if that repair didn't work. Other items he was able to provide what appear to be sound suggestions to address.

We needed help with our concerns regarding our foundation and garage. It was recommended by another company that we needed piers and alot of very expensive work to be done. As a result we knew we needed a second opinion from a structural engineer. Chris was very thorough, really took his time to explain things. He was very polite, professional and never once talked down to me ( as a woman I appreciated this) He is very knowledgeable and gave us all the answers we needed, and in turn helped us to determine the real problems that need to be fixed. ( no piers needed!) I was very impressed with his explanation of our foundation, how concrete really works, etc.. and I actually learned alot! We will absolutely call him again and highly recommend him!

I need to completely remodel my master bath to make it larger and ADA accessible, but I had no idea what could possibly be done with our current bathroom since it is very small. Chris has been terrific to work with and very patient with me. He is very professional, willing to listen to my ideas and concerns, has been able to meet with me in a timely manner, and provided multiple options that we worked through together to get just the right design. When I had questions or concerns about the design, he would take the time to explain it at my level of understanding, which some of the other folks I talked to did not. I would highly recommend Everroux Engineering to friends and family!
