I shopped around for foundation analysis for a few days before I found Ian’s info & during our first phone call I knew I didn’t want to work with anyone else. Ian was very easy to talk to, went into great detail when answering the questions I had and I really liked that I got to speak directly to him from day one instead of speaking with a secretary and meeting him the day of my appointment. He was on time, very presentable and patient when I had to take a break while going over his findings because I had to tend to my hungry 10 month old. I feel confident with his findings and am at ease knowing that I can give him a call back if I run into any questions while working on the needed repairs around my home. Ian was great! He was early to our scheduled time and had contacted the seller to set everything up. While he worked he explained a whole lot to me showing his knowledge and experience. The report he gave us was very comprehensive and his recommendations for the short and long terms were well in line with our conversation and made sense with what he showed from our inspection. I haven't hired this company yet, but yesterday I called Ian at Evergreen about a house I'm buying with a sloping floor. I was so impressed with the attention he gave me! He was helpful and detailed, and even recommended another person I should call to have repairs done. He even offered to talk to my home inspector to answer questions for me! I hadn't even hired him yet and he's been so helpful! If I end up needing a structural engineer, he will be the only person I call.
