This company "inspected" my roof on my own home after Hurricane Michael and passed it, but I later discovered there were issues. The roofer fixed the problems and I did not contact EPCI. I let it go. However, I just sold my Father's home 4/2024 and I had to put on an entirely new roof to the tune of $9400. EPCI passed the roof that was replaced in 2019 after the hurricane when there were NO NAILS in the roof! That is NOT code. When I called Bo Creel to see if he would make this right, he didn't care. He made excuses and told me "do what you gotta do." What is the point of hiring an inspection company that doesn't actually inspect? So they can get paid for doing nothing? I guarantee there are multiple roofs in Bay County that have issues and the owner may never know until they try to sell the home. There is no excuse. *Zero*stars.

Dropped off a few permits over a week ago. Came back a day later to drop more off and was told that the others were not completed yet. Fine. I come back three days later and they had lost multiple permits. The 3 I did obtain had the SAME permit attached to all of them and not the correct permit. I filled out the applications again for the ones they lost and the ones they duplicated and go back two days later and they were lost again!!!! I finally had it and sternly said they needed to find them because this keeps us from doing our job! They threatened to kick me out over this. Filed a complaint with the bbb and the “owner” who was no more help than the ladies working in the office. This place is extremely unorganized in a time that they should be most organized (due to hurricane) and two of the ladies were extremely rude over the situation! I’d give no stars if I could! They don’t even deserve one!

Absolutely the most crooked inspection service, led by Bo Creel, who can and did falsify statements regarding the inspection of a property in favor of the firms attorney, Burke Blue, P.A. that was involved in a downplaying of actual structural damage to a residence that their client resided in.
Just another example of current day ongoing corruption in Panama City.
Shame on you, Bo Creel.

As a minority owner and business man in the Panama City Area, I find E.P.C.I. to be extremely discriminatory when dealing with people of color. I have been to their office (15) times since June 2021due to racially motivated harassment by Code Enforcement or Building Inspectors from their office for frivolous phone calls by people of the white race, who have admitted to me that they were going to shut down my remodeling projects. (1) Because of my race and (2) because I am a disabled military veteran and disabled retired Law Enforcement Officer trying to start a new career doing something positive in the community. I understand that change to the mindset of people does not come without adversity; but this is ridiculous and the double standard that E.P.C.I. has displayed towards me since my arrival in Bay County has been beyond reproach.
