I've had nothing but great service from emerald isle electric.
Mike came out to give an estimate on what needed done. He took time to explain to not only what was needed but why and how it would be done.
Dan, Harry, and Freddie came out to do the work. It was an all day job and they got right to it. When I had a question they answered in a that I could understand and were not annoyed at my asking. There was a problem on the fix-it list that turned out not to be a problem at all. The invoice was immediately charged to reflect that, saving me hundreds of dollars.
When a problem did arise a couple weeks later Harry and Brandon came out the following morning to fix it.
All these men were professional in there conduct, courteous in action in action and words.
I had several opportunities to be on the phone with Margie and I always found her to be helpful and cheerful.
This company really does rate 5 star status.

Was able to get next day service . Dillon Poe arrived on schedule, quickly identified problem areas, explained everything and got the job done in no time. The GFI was installed, A/C box and panel box issues were corrected and updated.. I am so thankful they were able to get us on schedule and completed promptly. I would most definitely recommend Emerald Isle for any electrical needs.

From beginning to end I fell in love with each and everyone. Always kind and informative, constantly stayed in touch keeping me updated on every step they were doing, from start to finish. I was very vulnerable after having my home so damaged that if everyone I called upon for help ran their business like Emerald Isle did, it would have made things so much easier.

I called Emerald Isle Electric after Hurricane Helene and my house flooded and they saved the day! Mike & Dan responded right away and came out to walk the home and explain the process. They replaced 27 receptacles and installed a new AC whip for a new Air conditioner. Power was back on! 😃. They were very polite, professional, and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend.

After checking all the Google reviews I called Emerald Isle Electric... and was greeted with a very pleasant good morning from Liz that answered the phone.

Because I was without heat (I have electric heat) she moved a few of the appointments around to get me in right away.

By 9: 00am I had received a call from Mike letting me know he would be there by 10:00am and his call was followed by a text from the company with his picture and a small bio about his experience (I really liked this).

After some troubleshooting and finding out what we needed... Mike made a call to Dan for the needed parts to get the job done.

When waiting for the parts Mike did a overall inspection of the fuse box and talked me through what he was looking at and gave me a overall review of anything that seemed to need attention.

Both Mike and Dan worked quickly to complete the repairs and answer any other questions I had.

100% satisfied with the results and the personal service they provided...

Definitely will be quick to recommend them to anyone that needs service.
