We were early to a doctor appointment, so we decided to go across the street to the Electric Service Company. We did not expect to buy anything, but we saw a fan and could not resist buying it for our new home. It is so unique and beautiful. It makes no noise and really puts out a nice flow of air. Thank you so much to the man and woman who waited on us. They were very personable and helpful.

Wow, I went there to get a wall sconce fixed and he was so rude and condescending it was unbelievable. He acted like I was crazy to ask to have a mere socket replaced in my wall sconce. Saying "really I can't put a regular bulb in there and grabbing a bulb and trying to put it in". I said of course you can't put a bulb in there right now because it needs a new socket. I left feeling appalled by how rude he was and the lack of customer service I received. I immediately went to another place. She took my sconce and said sure not a problem, all we need to do is replace the socket. I have shopped there before but never again after that experience. Beware!

The Electric Service Company is an awesome family owned business that offers beautiful, high quality unique lighting at reasonable prices. The staff was wonderful to work with and were highly knowledgeable. The lamps I purchased did not have a 3 way light switch, but for just a few dollars, Patty replaced the switches within minutes. The base to the ceiling fixture we purchased required adjustment as well, which the staff made on the spot. Far beyond any customer service you would ever find at a box store!

Owner and other staff gave a lot of their time to finding just the dining and living room lighting fixtures our decorator had in mind....excellent service and excellent pricing extended to us. Many fixtures in the showroom and many more available quickly from catalogs. Thanks so much!
